What hours do you work?
I am based in the eastern US and nominally work from 8:30AM to 5:00PM most days. If you purchase within that time period, I will do my very best to get you in the same day. That is not always possible but if not, we will arrange a mutually convenient day and time. You can check my time against your time with the clock at the bottom of the page.
How old do I have to be to get a reading?
You need to have reached the age of majority in whichever country you live or reside in. In other words, you need to be a legal adult otherwise I’m afraid you will have to wait until you are.
Are you LGBTQ friendly?
I do not discriminate against anyone regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Put it another way, EVERYONE is welcome!
Do you only do phone or text sessions within the USA?
I do phone or text sessions to any cell phone or landline within the USA. If you are outside the USA then there are still options that can be chosen.
If you have WhatsApp on your phone, then yes you can certainly have a phone or text session. WhatsApp is a free app that lets you send messages, make voice and video calls, and share photos, videos, and more. It is end-to-end encrypted and is free to use.
If all else fails, then we can use my “Live Support” chatroom for a text session. The chat session is 100% private.
What happens after I buy a psychic phone or text reading session?
I am based in the eastern US and nominally work from 8:30AM to 5:00PM most days. You can check my time against your time with the clock at the bottom of the page.
If you purchase within those hours, I will normally contact you to arrange a mutually convenient day and time. If you purchase outside those hours, I will contact you via email at my earliest opportunity and again we will arrange a mutually convenient day and time.
You should always be contacted by me within 24 hours at the very most. If you do not see an email from me then please check your spam folder. If you do not find the email there, then please email me again.
If I buy a phone or text reading, can I get it straight away?
I run an appointment system as there are so many time zone considerations. I am based in the eastern US and nominally work from 8:30AM to 5:00PM most days. You can check my time against your time with the clock at the bottom of the page.
If you purchase within my normal hours, I might be able to do a session at very short notice, but it will be dependent on my existing appointments and workload.
If you purchase outside those hours, I will contact you via email at my earliest opportunity and again we will arrange a mutually convenient day and time.
What happens after I buy a tarot or oracle reading?
I am based in the eastern US and nominally work from 8:30AM to 5:00PM most days. You can check my time against your time with the clock at the bottom of the page.
If you purchase within my normal hours, I will normally contact you to ascertain any information needed for your tarot reading. If you purchase outside those hours, I will contact you via email at my earliest opportunity and again ask for any information that is needed.

How long does it take to get my tarot or oracle reading?
I always try to get any written reading back to you within 24 hours. Sometimes, that may not be possible due to prior client commitments and if so, I will give you a maximum estimated time for receipt. In all the time I have been reading that maximum estimated time has never been exceeded.
